There are electricity lines and poles about 250 feet from the property.

There were fresh wildlife tracks and droppings on the property. The property is located in Game Management Unite 85 and is close to several hundred acres BLM Land. Native Wildlife in the area includes Elk, Mule Deer, Antelope and Turkey.

The property may be used recreationally, seasonally or as a permanent residence.

Minimum dwelling size is only 600 square feet per the Las Animas County Land Use Guidelines. Mobile homes and manufactured homes are allowed.
