The property has gently sloped terrain, with the elevation starting at 7,420 feet to the South and rising to 7,460 feet as you reach the Northern portion of the property. There are mature trees throughout, as well as open areas of native grasses & level terrain located primarily near the Southern boundary.

The property is located only 50 miles from Grants, New Mexico which has a population of around 10,000 people. In Grants you will find groceries, supplies, the Cibola General Hospital, an airport and Walmart Supercenter.

Ramah, New Mexico is 21 miles from the property, and has a few rural amenities such as a local grocery store, post office, local cafe and a dollar store.

Electricity Lines & Poles are located nearby about 6/10 of a mile from the property, as well as Underground Telecom Lines in the area.
